In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x666io", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the x666io platform and its operating entity, accessible at x666io.net.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the x666io platform in any capacity.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the x666io platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change by contacting x666io support via the live chat function inside the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. x666io will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted via your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified x666io of a suspected breach of security without delay.

x666io is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time if x666io has reasonable grounds to verify the identity, age, or source of funds of any Player.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of your valid CNIC (both front and back sides).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• A photograph of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the registered mobile number).

x666io accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. The cashier section of your Account will always reflect the currently available deposit options.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account. x666io does not accept cash deposits by any means.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by x666io at any time. Deposit transactions are typically credited to your x666io Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a delay, you should contact x666io support via live chat with proof of the transaction before raising a dispute with your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. x666io does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same Account.

x666io reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC, resolution of any open disputes, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with any applicable regulatory requirement. • Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted and approved for processing.
• x666io does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Bonus Funds that have not completed their Wagering Requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not appear as part of your withdrawable balance.

x666io offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits for completion, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus rules applicable to all x666io promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are held separately from your Real Money Balance until all Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

x666io cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide Account and transaction data in response to lawful requests. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may also face civil or criminal action as appropriate.

x666io provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from error, or free from interruption. Planned maintenance downtime will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

x666io's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to liability.

x666io reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
